DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

All orders will be processed with 14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

*** Please take note that there is postage delays due to Covid-19.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Ezziee Engraving  is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

How long do orders take?

This question is a little harder to answer due to each product has their own processing times. Most items have an estimated processing time on the listing. Most orders are completed within 14 business days.

 Do you allow rush orders?

We welcome rush orders but they incur a $15 fee. Please be mindful that it is not always possible but we will try our best, rush orders take 1 week.

 Do you allow pickups?

Yes, we love our locals or people travelling through our beautiful area. If you are coming through at a specific time please let me know and we will endeavour to help you with your request.
